Flávia del Pra
Flavia Del Pra studied ceramics and textile design in England. In London, he had a studio with other 'craft designers' at the Chocolate Factory in Wood Green where he developed a 'handmade' line of ceramic lamps and exclusive fabrics for Anthropologie and the French store Le Bon Marche. He was part of the Cockpit Arts team of designer makers in London.
Flavia produces everything by hand in her work, but incorporates industrial production techniques in the making of her pieces.
In 2016, he won the Best of the Year award in the 'accessories' category by Interior Design magazine in the USA and Archiproducts with his piece Tray Pedestal, made in ceramics and copper, and his works are currently for sale in important stores in Brazil and abroad. around the world, such as The Conran Shop in England, France and Japan, and Corso Como Seoul.
Back in Brazil, Flavia develops and produces handmade tiles for many residential projects in Brazil and abroad.
Her work has been published in magazines around the world (among others English and American Vogue, Harper's Bazzar, AD Italia, Eingenhuis & interieur, Traditional Home, French Elle) and two books on designers, one Brazilian and one published in Hong Kong.
